Rent My Vacation Home (RMVH) Prevents Damage & Identity Theft with new Technology

Rent My Vacation Home (RMVH) Prevents Damage & Identity Theft with unexampled Technology

San Francisco, California (PRWEB) July 30, 2011

Rent My Vacation Home dot com has new technology that checks every id and issues Travel Guard insurance for each stay unless the homeowner declines to offer this service. For a limited time this Rent My Vacation Home service is free for 30 days.

Mr. Jay Kalin CEO of Rent My Vacation Home dot com said, “No one who follows our patented check out system has ever had damage like below and we have never had identity theft or major damage to any homes in the 25 years we have need renting homes. This is not luck it’s our patented check out system. We rented Vacation homes before the internet unlike our competitors who try this the other way around .If she would have rented with the Rent my vacation home system the owner below would have had renters insurance to cover damage and she would have know the id of the person staying as well. I really am trying to prevent this from happening to homeowners. “

Recently a woman’s apartment in California was ransacked by a seemingly cordial renter who rented out her apartment on a competitors website. She had her home completely destroyed by a renter who turned out to be a vandal and a total fraud.

The Rent My Vacation Home dot com system verifies all data and identity then notifies the home owner of the inquiry and if they want to accept the rental.

The guy not only destroyed the apartment, but he also stole her identity, her locked-away valuables and and left the apartment in a terrifying state of disarray.

She returned home after a week of business travel to a “pungent odor” wafting from her apartment and opened the door to find a harrowing series of sights: The creep had “smashed a hole through a locked closet door” to remove her passport, credit cards and her grandmother’s jewelry she had secured away. A camera, iPod and an old laptop had been stolen along with a backup drive containing “her entire life.” Her own scanner had been used to photocopy her birth certificate and social security card. And then it gets really bizarre:

They did weird stuff too she said: “moving things around in a spooky, psychotic kind of way – creepy little things that I am still discovering as I dig through the wreckage – like cutting the tags off my pillows, and hanging a painting of Paris on the wall that I had never hung before.”

Rent My Vacation Home dot com system would have prevented this from happening. Rent My Vacation Home has over 70,000 homes at this time and 83 network sites that cover every city in the USA and every state, the identities are checked and insurance issued before the renter enters the home. Rent My Vacation Home also has a scam section on the site and work with various laws enforcement agencies who report crimes of this nature. The Rent My Vacation Home system guarantees against fraud and guarantees the homeowner rentals or the money is returned. When renting out a home be safe and try to use a company that is prepared for the worst in advance.

Question by Meag: How can I protect myself from ID theft if all legal documents were stolen?
I recently moved and in the process of moving across the country my safe containing all of my legal documents was stolen. In the safe were my birth certificate, social security card, marriage license, husband’s military orders, and vehicle registration. How can I protect myself against identity theft and credit fraud if all of these items were stolen together?

Q&A: I am wondering if there is any way to make it impossible to open a credit card in my name?

Question by Heike B: I am wondering if there is any way to make it impossible to open a credit card in my name?
I very worried about credit card security and that people in this country can use credit cards that are not in their name. So I would like to make it impossible for anyone to get a credit card in my name. I would like to have something on the record that no credit card should be issued in my name unless my ID is veryfied in person. I read about attribute freeze, but it seems that this does not protect completely. I also read about placing a fraud alert, but can I do that just as prevention? Without an actual identity theft had taken place? Is there one agency I can contact or do I have to contact every single credit card company?

Best answer:

Answer by Mark
You can act steps to cut and theoretically stop people from getting a card in your name. Check you states Attorney Generals office and search Credit Freeze. This is intended to stop the issue of credit for that/ your SSN. Some companies are lazy and will issue credit anyway (cellphones, in store accounts, utilities, etc). With the freeze in place you have a solid inspected that any issued credit is not your responsibility. A remark on the freeze: This will not foreclosing thieves from using existing accounts that you already have open. One strategy I teach in my seminars is to have one main credit card for sudden emergencies (ie large expenses- airfare, car repairs). A card that you can use more often could be a prepaid assign card. Only keep on that card what you are going to be using on a weekly basis or something like that that will give you peace of object.I call this approach Conscurity. It is a term I coined for my first book on Identity Theft. It means to find the balance of convenience and security in your life. That balance point is different for everyone. If you keep very close track of your credit card statements you can curb fraudulent charging, just by verifying every charge on the statement. You do have a 60 day window to dispute any charges that you do not recognize. Your card company will near likely go ahead and dispute the charge for you electronically, but an added safety measure is for you to also dispute it in writ ting in order to create a paper trail with specific dates of actions.

Answer by david spamhater
It is most likely a SCAM. The link in the message will take you a site in Russia or China which looks like the very thing but just want you to give them your password. If you have concerns, talk to your local law enforcement, your bank manager, someone else you can trust.Do not give personal details over the Internet!

Can Greyhound’s Gift Ticket Fee be dodged?

Question by Raz B: Can Greyhound’s Gift Ticket Fee be dodged?
I’m thinking about purchasing a Greyhound ticket through a friend’s credit card, but noticed that Greyhound charges a $ 18 Gift Ticket Fee if the ticket isn’t for the cardholder. Greyhound claims the charge is for “fraud prevention,” which just sounds like a credit card surcharge excuse to me (as if identity thieves would care about a surcharge they’re not paying for). What can I do to foil their greedy plot? I know that they check your ID for a “Will Call” (where you pick up the ticket at the station), but what if I ask for the ticket to be mailed to me? I will not have to pick up the ticket at the station, so will Greyhound still check my ID at some point? Also, what are the consequences to this course of action? Will I be breaking any laws or get my helpful friend in trouble even if I do it with my friend’s knowledge and consent?Additional Information: The fare I want has to be purchased online, so I can’t use another form of payment, and using my own credit card is out of the question. The trip will be interstate.

I just read all the Greyhound info on “buying a ticket for someone else.” They have that locked up…looks like there is no way to get out of paying the “fee.” I agree, it is a ripoff.
